Returns & Refund Policy

At Integrated Skin Care Products, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your product, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to health and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind on skincare products once opened or used.

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • You received an expired or faulty item

  • Your product was missing from the shipment

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless the issue relates to damage or a defect).

Timeframe for Returns
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests outside this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at integratedskincareproducts@gmail.com with:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

  4. A brief description of the issue

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If needed, you may request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order details

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic items

  • Used products

  • Items not purchased through our official website
